That’s right, the all-new Voile Speed Rail splitboard binding takes the rugged simplicity of the Light Rail to the next level. In place of pins and clips, the Speed Rail uses two burly upward-facing hooks to grip a full-width, solid 7075-T6 aluminum axle – providing a smooth, free-pivoting action for optimal uphill travel.
And when you’re ready to ride, all you have to do is slide the Speed Rail across your Voile pucks and clamp it down with the single rear latch plate. Simple and solid, just as you’d expect. It has the same bomber 6061-T6 aluminum baseplate, fully-adjustable heelcup, and easy puck access as the Light Rail, but the ankle and toe straps have been totally redesigned to be lighter and more comfortable.
